The advanced Positioning Platform, consisting of complex set of cooperating servers, able to use GPS (Global Positioning System), GLONASS (rus. Глобальная навигационная спутниковая система) or Beidou, but also various other sources of data useful to determine the position (including fingerprints from mobile phones, detected WLANs, etc.). Very efficient in finding the position (including indoor position), even is case of lack of satellite data. Fully scalable solution working in AWS and automated for easy deployment and reconfiguration.
As a Software Engineer, I was responsible for implementing different parts of platform, including services, proprietary Customer algorithms and various protocols. In later project phases mostly working on maintenance and deploying the servers to the AWS cloud using CloudFormation templates.
